We use the services of the Bookurier courier company as a method of delivery (through GLS and Cargus, Sameday and DPD partners).
The service covers:
- If the recipient is not found, a second delivery attempt will be made;
- The courier company will implicitly make two delivery attempts, on consecutive working days. If the recipient or the person authorized to receive the postal item is not found at the destination, a notice will be left containing details about: the number of the transport document, postal code, the address of the point where the item will be stored as well as information about the next attempt to delivery;
- The recipient has the possibility to change the day of the next delivery attempt. If, after the two delivery attempts, the parcel will not be handed over to the recipient, it will be kept at the courier's representative point for 7 calendar days from the date of the last notification, the period in which they can be agreed with the sender and/or the recipient, the details of the last delivery attempt;

In how many days will you receive the order?
The courier company guarantees the delivery of any internal postal item in good conditions and in full confidentiality, anywhere in Romania within an average period of 24 hours, but not exceeding 36 hours (maximum period); *
Local delivery , in Bucharest and neighboring areas, deliveries will be made within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment the package is handed over to the courier company. *
National Delivery - anywhere in the country , deliveries will be made on average within 48 hours from the moment the package is handed over to the courier company.
*Orders are prepared and delivered to the courier from Monday to Thursday at 14:00.
In order to avoid the storage time of parcels during the weekend, orders placed on Thursdays after 14:00 until Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
What is the delivery schedule?
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00
We do our best to ensure that orders are delivered within the mentioned interval, but considering that we use an outsourced service, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company. Please let us know of any difficulties you encounter in this regard, in the absence of any information from us. Receiving the package and paying for it
The products are handed over based on the signature, by the representative of the courier company who also collects the counter value of the order if you have chosen to pay the order by cash on delivery. Any person can receive the package. The invoice related to the delivered order can be found in the confirmation email sent by us.
